Austin High Rise Apartments is a free apartment locating service for the city's luxury high rise market, operated by Spirit Real Estate Group, a licensed Texas brokerage (TREC License #562021). Our Broker of Record is Bryan Keith Bjerke.

Most Austin locators cover every property type in the metro. We decided to do one thing well. That focus gives us floor-level pricing knowledge, direct management relationships and concession intelligence that a generalist covering 500 communities can't match.

We've toured every building on our list. We know which management companies respond the same day and which take a week.
